A new project brings 1/12 scale cards to life using advanced printing and painting techniques.

For the third installment, the focus is on hanafuda, Japan’s traditional card game, with all 48 beautifully illustrated cards faithfully reproduced in miniature. To complement the set, a decorative relief of the classic “Inoshikacho” motif is also included, perfect for display on a desk or shelf.

Not only can the cards be admired, but you can also actually play with them. Combine them with your figures to expand the fun and recreate lively game scenes—let your collection decide the winner!

This release is part of the PuriPla series, which combines digital printing with plastic kit design. Each kit comes fully color-printed, requiring no painting, and can be assembled without glue—simply cut the pieces from the runner and put them together for a complete model. Balancing ease of assembly with detailed craftsmanship, this Made in Japan product is designed to satisfy both casual builders and dedicated hobbyists.
