From Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, the GM Command (Space Combat Specification) makes its long-awaited debut in the Master Grade (MG) model kit series. Designed for colony defense missions in space, this unit has been thoroughly reimagined with all-new molded parts to reflect its unique silhouette and specialized equipment. The backpack, head, chest armor, and other key areas have all been redesigned to align with MG standards, capturing the distinctive look and feel of this mobile suit.

The head unit, built with newly molded cheek vents, features the classic base-defense type design, while the chest incorporates additional duct detailing and comes molded in its characteristic red color. The forearms and elbows feature new exterior parts, and the backpack has been updated with added verniers to deliver a 130% increase in thrust, giving the unit extra mobility in zero-gravity combat scenarios. Revisions to the waist armor and shin plating further complete its space-ready configuration.

Built on the high-performance frame of the MG GM Sniper II, this kit features excellent articulation and movement fidelity. The torso includes a swing-and-twist mechanism that allows for natural human-like poses, while the neck joint has a flexible base ideal for aiming stances. The shoulders are equipped with extendable, rotatable joints, allowing for fluid weapon-handling action, and the legs feature a wide range of motion with a split-structure foot design to ensure stable contact with the ground.

A newly molded beam gun, specifically designed for short-term defensive combat in colony environments, is included as the unit’s signature weapon. Alongside it comes a variety of other arms for expanded play and display options. Water-transfer decals are also provided, featuring Earth Federation markings, the emblem of the Immortal 4th Platoon led by South Burning, and the personal insignias of the four platoon members.

This release is part of the ACE PILOT LOG [U.C. Edition], an ongoing project that chronicles the legacy of ace pilots and their iconic mobile suits throughout the history of the Universal Century.
