The mechanical beast WEIRD TAILS is even more peculiar than its name suggests.

One of the third-generation HEXA GEAR units, WEIRD TAILS combines Zoatex technology with system conversion to achieve capabilities far beyond its predecessors. Featuring a partially enclosed control panel, it boasts exceptional mobility in Zoatex mode—unmatched by any other third-generation model. This performance is made possible by the seamless integration of advanced artificial muscles, reinforced springs, and the lightweight advantage provided by the Zoatex high-output Gravity Controller.

These enhancements position WEIRD TAILS as the spiritual successor to RAYBLADE IMPULSE. However, like all third-generation units, it trades armor strength for overwhelming agility and offensive power—most visible in its razor-sharp, blade-like limbs that move nimbly on their tips.

What truly distinguishes WEIRD TAILS are the Speared Rowers—unconventional weapons that, much like the Rayblade, defy traditional classification.

Mounted at the unit's rear, these autonomous flying weapons serve both offensive and defensive roles, composed of three unmanned attack drones. Each drone is equipped with its own gravity controller and body control thruster, allowing it to operate independently. Together, the machine and its drones are categorized as a non-standard weapon.

Each Speared Rower carries its own KARMA unit, separate from the KARMA system in WEIRD TAILS itself. While these drones could be considered independent HEXA GEAR units, they differ in that a single Governor or machine can simultaneously command multiple KARMA units.

When combined with the Imperial Roar generator, this setup evokes the legendary ALL IN THE EARTH—though the true connection between the two remains a mystery.

Despite its innovative design, limited production runs kept WEIRD TAILS a rare sight. Nevertheless, one of these formidable machines eventually fell into the hands of a notorious Heterodox leader.

The KARMA unit embedded within each Speared Rower tells a story of its own—a warrior left adrift after losing its Governor, now reborn with a new body and a renewed purpose.

Thus, the mission of this four-souled beast is clear and absolute: to protect its master at all costs.

[Specifikace]

■ The three “Speared Rowers” can be removed and deployed independently or equipped on the back of the model. Use accessories such as the separately sold Playing Base or Flying Base to simulate the models as it is being remotely operated.

■ The base and blade of the Speared Rowers can be adjusted to display the weapon in “Plasma Veil Deploy Mode” and “Independent Attack Form.”

■ A high-detailed cockpit included in this model can be opened and closed, allowing a separately sold Governor unit to be placed inside. The monitor part can be moved, and the control stick can be slid left and right or rotated to make it easier for the Governor to board the unit.

■ The step unit where the Governor’s feet can be placed is movable, allowing the Governor to be seated in various positions.

■ The HEXA G-R.A.M storage units can be removed from the model’s back and displayed in a Governor’s hand.

■ The model can be converted between the combat-based “Zoatex Mode” or the cruising-based “Air Bike Mode.”

■ Parts of the armor can be disassembled and used in a wide range of applications such as attaching to other HEXA GEAR models.

■ Can be attached to various Flying Base (sold separately) to enjoy countless action poses.
