From Heavy Metal L-Gaim, the iconic L-Gaim Mk-II joins the HG lineup with a completely new design, faithfully capturing the distinctive form and transformation features seen in the series. This long-awaited kit boasts sharp mechanical detailing and advanced articulation, along with an extensive array of weapons and gimmicks for maximum display versatility.

The light gray-based color scheme is recreated through precise molded color separation, enhancing the realism without the need for additional paint. A clear part is used for the crystal on the head, bringing out the unit’s signature aesthetic, while the rear knee cables are crafted from soft material to ensure full range of motion.

A full arsenal is included, such as the long buster launcher, molded in gray, navy, and red to reflect its appearance in the series. The saber blade is made with clear parts, and its handle can be stored in the arm when not in use. The power launcher, which mounts to the arm and connects to the waist via cable, is also included and features intricate detailing.

One of the major highlights is the transformation into Prowler mode, complete with locking mechanisms throughout the body to allow for a stable display in either form. Optional parts include a damaged head sculpt, allowing you to recreate key battle-worn moments.

To top it off, the kit comes with two types of connector joints that allow you to recreate the iconic suspended launch pose from the anime, in combination with the separately sold HG 1/144 L-Gaim (available from March 2021).
